Controller

Jeanine Hodges

As Controller, Jeanine is responsible for oversight on all financial operations, which includes implementing internal controls; recording financial data; budgeting and forecasting; preparing and reporting monthly financial status; gathering and compiling yearly audit information; and reporting property tax and sales/use tax. As lead over payroll, accounts payable and receivable, she is also charged with training employees on reporting procedures to ensure accurate and timely recording of all transactions. Jeanine earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Louisiana State University in Business Administration. Prior to joining ProForce in 2018, Jeanine spent over 20 years in the construction industry, serving as Project Controls Specialist, Regional Administration Manager, and Controller. Her diverse background will support the rapid growth at ProForce.

President

Michael Tilly

Mike is the founder and president of ProForce. While enjoying a successful career in civil and environmental engineering, Mike saw a tremendous industry need for ROW and vegetation management services – as well as protecting the environment while delivering these services. Mike’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to found ProForce in 2003. Mike and ProForce have been recognized as an industry leader in designing and building safe ROW, EPC and substation installations throughout the southeastern states.

Mike has a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, as well as an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the George Washington University.

Programs Director and Equipment Manager

Roy Davis

Roy is responsible for directing special projects as well as for managing the fleet of vehicles and equipment that keep the company running smoothly. Roy has been a key employee for more than a decade, running our most difficult projects in the field and contributing greatly to our overall success. He brings with him more than 20 years of civil/construction experience that is put to work in solving the many ROW and utility industry challenges ProForce faces every day. He implemented the equipment tracking, maintenance and logistics program that supports ProForce crews throughout our operating region.

Lead Estimator and Project Manager

Joe Lombardo

Joe has primary responsibility for assembling project estimates and overseeing projects once they are awarded. He is an experienced draftsman with a GIS and data management background that is a key element in improving clients understanding of ROW conditions. Additionally, he is a certified Drone Pilot and operates ProForce’s small but growing fleet of drones used in a variety of tasks. Joe joined ProForce in 2017 and has upgraded our planning, estimating and project oversight methods. He works directly with clients to generate quality services that exceed expectations.
